Compassionate, respectful and straightforward psychotherapy. I work with those struggling with decisions, feelings and situations that may feel unmanageable. This might take the form of renegotiating your relationship with substance use, exploring relationship stress, learning about boundaries, managing the demands of care-giving, coping with chronic pain and illness, grieving a loss or some combination of all of the above. I do a lot of listening. I join forces with my Clients to figure out the best path forward for them in their unique situation. This might involve mind-body awareness, creating a family tree or telling the story of your life. I approach the process of psychotherapy as a joint collaboration. The goal is for you to learn how to best work with yourself to get to where you want to be in life.
