Welcome! I'm Elizabeth, and I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can reflect, heal, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity in who they truly want to be. Together, we’ll work to heal from past wounds, find solutions, and build lasting strategies to navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is very eclectic and person centered, meaning I draw from many different modalities to meet your needs while keeping your individuality at the forefront of our work. Ultimately, my role is to meet you where you are and champion your efforts in exploring your own strengths and resiliency. I specialize in working with individuals of the LGBTQIA+ Community, those managing chronic medical conditions like, but not limited to, HIV, End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and organ transplants, and individuals with a history of trauma. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. Considering therapy takes a lot of courage and taking that first step might feel overwhelming, which is completely normal. I encourage and invite you to reach out to me if this information sounds like it could be helpful to you. The possibility of connecting and supporting you on your journey is much anticipated!
