Introduction

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Your kind but honest therapist. My style is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and genuine respect, but I'll also be honest with you. I'll ask thoughtful questions, challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and help you make sense of why those patterns developed in the first place. We'll celebrate your strengths, make space for the hard things, and work toward meaningful change together. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with people from many different walks of life. I've provided therapy to individuals seeking asylum after fleeing war and persecution, offered free mental health services in underserved communities, and worked in substance use treatment helping people rebuild their lives and find recovery. Across every setting, one thing became clear: our stories may look different, but our deepest struggles are often remarkably similar. We all want to feel safe, understood, connected, and free to live a life that feels like our own. My work is grounded in EMDR, somatic therapy, and evidence-based approaches, but more than anything, it's grounded in the relationship we build. You don't have to have it all figured out before you come to therapy. You just have to be willing to start. I'd be honored to walk alongside you
