Introduction

Hi, I'm Betsy Paige, Licensed Clinical Social worker and founder of Temenos Bend LLC. I chose the name "Temenos" for my practice because it perfectly captures my philosophy on behavioral health: healing requires a protected safe space. In our busy, often overwhelming world, it is rare to find a place where you can simply be—without expectations, judgments, or noise. My approach is to provide that sanctuary for you. I view therapy not just as "fixing" behaviors, but as a collaborative journey to discover and understand the roots of why we do what we do. Like the river, life is constantly moving and changing course. Sometimes we need help navigating the sharp turns; other times, we just need a quiet place to rest and reflect. In our session, I combine mindfulness, somatic/IFS informed EMDR, solution focused strategies with a warm compassion-focused approach. I want to help you build tools to handle life's stressors while also doing the deeper work of self-discovery. I specialize in working with individuals navigating: life transitions identity grief ADHD/neurodivergence relationship challenges/divorce anxiety and depression complex trauma
