My path into psychotherapy grew naturally from my near decade of work as a yoga instructor and wellness professional. I saw how closely mental, emotional, and physical well-being are connected. Over time, this led me into private practice and high school mental health counseling, where I’ve supported clients across life stages in navigating stress, relationships, and achievement-related pressure. I specialize in working with high-achieving clients who may feel outwardly successful yet internally overwhelmed, self-critical, or disconnected from their own needs. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and values-based decision making, helping clients understand their inner world with curiosity and compassion while aligning their choices with what truly matters to them. In therapy, I offer a grounded, collaborative space where insight meets practical change. Drawing from both clinical training and the wellness field, I help clients develop self-trust, emotional resilience, and sustainable tools for navigating life with greater clarity, balance, and authenticity.
