Introduction
I help adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship and behavioral issues. Feeling comfortable with a therapist is one of the first and most important steps in the counseling process. I work to provide a safe space for individuals to explore and process their emotions. I provide a person-centered and trauma-informed therapeutic environment by utilizing compassion, open-mindedness and genuineness to help others navigate and make progress towards their intrapersonal and relationship goals. By using a combination of cognitive-based skills, mindfulness and solution focused therapy clients can expect to take away the tools needed to live improved and fulfilled lives.
