I'm curious about whatever you bring into the room—the words, the silence, what you know, and what you don't yet. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I work with individuals and couples, specializing in grief, identify exploration, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions. I'm drawn to the messier, more textured parts of being human: bodies and relationships, gender and sexuality, anger and desire, the things we inherit and the things we're still figuring out. My approach weaves together trauma-focused work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential exploration, and feminist perspectives—always grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I take this work seriously, though I don't think that means we always have to be serious while we're doing it. I'll ask what you're noticing in your body. I'll laugh and swear at times. I'll tell you when I don't know. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept most major insurances, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
