Our therapy sessions will take place outdoors - in forests and parks on Maui. This may involve walking, sitting, or simply being present in nature. The natural environment can support nervous system regulation, deepen awareness, and create space for healing in a way that traditional office settings sometimes cannot. For those who feel called to it, therapy in nature offers a different pace, a different kind of presence, and a deeper connection to the healing process. I also offer Forest Bathing experiences designed to support slowing down, deepening presence, and reconnecting with yourself and the more-than-human world. While some of these elements may be used for grounding in therapy sessions, a two-hour Forest Bath offers a more immersive experience, creating space for deeper connection and restoration.
