Introduction

I bring a warm, engaging, and straightforward approach to therapy. I value honest conversations, thoughtful reflection, and the occasional well-timed moment of humor. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling encouraged to look at things from a new perspective and make changes that move you forward. I work with adults navigating emotional abuse recovery, relationship patterns, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about helping clients break free from codependency, establish healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their own voice, needs, and sense of self. I also have a special connection to working with first responders, having previously worked in the field myself. That firsthand experience gives me an appreciation for the unique demands and pressures that can come with this work. I enjoy working with people at every stage of life, from young adults finding their voice and navigating identity, relationships, and career decisions, to those experiencing midlife changes or preparing for retirement and a new chapter. Wherever you are in life, I want therapy to be a place where you can better understand yourself, gain perspective, and feel more confident moving forward. My approach is genuine, practical, and individualized. I meet you where you are while helping you identify what may be getting in your way and what you want to do differently. My goal is for you to feel understood, challenged in the right ways, and more confident in yourself and the choices you make. I provide telehealth therapy across New Jersey.
