I enjoy seeing clients work towards their goals and witnessing when they begin to see changes in their lives. I strive to teach new skills, exploring problematic areas, and break down barriers to reaching your identified goals. Through the therapeutic process, we work together to identify the areas you'd like to work on, set goals, and create a collaborative plan to achieve progress towards those goals. My hope is to have you build skills to move closer to reaching your goals and feel confident using those skills in your day to day life. My approach is warm, caring and direct. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you build skills to achieve your goals including regulated emotions, building healthy habits, and improving relationships. I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and mood dysregulation.
