I offer telehealth to clients throughout Illinois. I help adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions find relief and reconnect with themselves. Many of my clients are survivors of childhood sexual abuse, childhood trauma, or loss. Others are navigating are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, dyslexia) and are simply exhausted from masking or pushing through systems that weren’t built for them. Therapy with me is about unlearning shame, building coping tools, and learning to trust yourself again. I specialize in trauma recovery (PTSD, C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I support neurodivergent clients with learning differences through their trauma journey. My work draws from mindfulness and body-centered treatments. Outside of the field of social work, I am a professional flutist and recreational runner. I advocate for the use of music, theater, and art as a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, empowerment, prevention, and rehabilitation.
