Elizabeth Downs is dual certified as an adult nurse practitioner and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and has been an advanced practice nurse since 2010. She started Salt Meadow Psychiatric Services, PLLC in 2022 to meet the growing demand of mental health services in New Hampshire. Elizabeth sees patients throughout NH by telehealth, and in-person at her Dover, NH office.
