I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale - where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or carry everything on your own. I primarily work with adults who are navigating the lasting impact of relational wounds, early experiences, and the patterns that seem to follow them into the present. Many of the people I sit with feel stuck in cycles they can’t quite name, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are underneath everything they’ve had to carry. Together, we gently explore those patterns, make sense of your story, and create space for something different - something more aligned, more grounded, and more fully you. With children and teens, I take a developmentally attuned and creative approach, incorporating play, storytelling, and regulation-centered strategies. These methods allow younger clients to express and process their experiences in ways that feel safe, natural, and engaging, while also strengthening emotional awareness and connection. Across all ages, my approach is rooted in connection, compassion, and curiosity. I believe that every behavior, reaction, and coping strategy makes sense when we understand what’s underneath it. Nothing about you is “too much” or “too broken” here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
