Elizabeth Farmer, LCSW, brings more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate difficult seasons, relationships, and life transitions. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and provides a supportive, compassionate environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they work toward meaningful change. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family and relationship concerns, parenting challenges, trauma, domestic violence, crisis situations, and major life transitions. She also has significant experience supporting children and adolescents and working alongside families to strengthen relationships and navigate challenging circumstances. Elizabeth’s background includes outpatient mental health, school-based therapy, crisis intervention, family therapy, adoption services, and support for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. She brings a practical, experienced, and compassionate perspective to therapy, meeting each client where they are and helping them identify strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward their individual goals.
