Introduction

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, individualized mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I believe meaningful care begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported—while also developing practical tools to create lasting change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, burnout, and the emotional effects of brain injury. I also support clients through significant life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum changes, divorce, relationship challenges, and caregiver stress. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique goals. I integrate psychiatric medication management with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral strategies, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and family or marital therapy approaches as appropriate. Together, we will explore the emotional, behavioral, relational, and practical factors affecting your well-being and build strategies that support resilience, healing, and daily functioning. Whether you are seeking medication management, therapy, or coaching support, my goal is to provide a safe and respectful space where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with confidence. Telehealth appointments are available for clients located in states where I am licensed. I am currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you.
