Introduction

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Texas with over 11 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I began my clinical training in 2015 and have a practice grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-oriented psychotherapy. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, grief, identity, and significant life transitions. Many of the people I see are interested in understanding themselves more deeply, particularly when they notice familiar patterns in their relationships, emotions, or ways of responding to the world. My approach is collaborative, curious, and attentive to the complexity of each person's experience. I believe that understanding how our experiences have shaped us can open up new ways of relating to ourselves and others. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore not only what's difficult, but also what matters to you, what you want from your relationships, and how you want to live. I offer in-person therapy in Austin and virtual sessions throughout California and Texas. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming of diverse identities and relationship structures.
