Introduction

If you're tired of repeating the same patterns in your relationships, your habits, or the way you cope, you're not alone. Whether it shows up as substance abuse, unhealthy relationships, isolation, or something else entirely, I can help. I'm Elie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with my own experience in recovery since 2004. I've been in the mental health field since 2008, starting my career with drug court and DUI clients before opening my private practice in 2023. I work with people who can name their pattern, predict when it's coming, and still watch themselves do it anyway. There's a gap between your narrative (the story you tell yourself) and your data (what your behavior actually proves). I call examining that gap the Internal Audit, and it's where the real change happens. Not in more insight. In the honest comparison between what you say you want and what you actually do. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Therapy can feel intimidating, especially the first time. My sessions are casual, collaborative, and led by what matters most to you. You set the direction. I help you stay focused on the bigger goal while we work through the day-to-day.
