Introduction

Therapy for real change. I am not the therapist who will sit across from you session after session without adding anything. In therapy with me, you can expect that you will be heard, validated, given the space to feel your feelings, AND that we will tangibly work collaboratively towards goals. I became a therapist as a second career after leaving the corporate world. I worked as a Software Engineer and a Product Manager in tech for many years after completing my MSE and BSE in Computer Science at University of Pennsylvania. I quit my tech job to become a therapist after realizing through my own therapy that my true passion is working with other humans and finding deep healing. I know what it feels like to be seeking more in your life, and I aim to help my clients achieve their "more." I work with individuals, couples, and families—from children through adults. I specialize in OCD, anxiety, neurodivergence, and I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. I also work with chronic illness, disability, and women's health concerns. My approach draws on many types of therapy; I integrate evidence-based treatments that will be right for you based on your goals, strengths, and symptoms. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth across California and in-person sessions in San Francisco's Mission District. elizabethhamp.com
