Hey! I’m Elizabeth, a mental health practitioner and therapeutic performing artist passionate about helping women, families, and adolescents navigate the ups and downs of life with grace and self-compassion. If you’ve ever felt like you’re holding too much, trying to keep it together while managing the weight of everyone else’s expectations, I see you. My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner voice, and rediscover the parts of yourself that deserve to breathe again. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, anger, and major life transitions. In our sessions, we’ll use creativity and expression as tools for healing—whether that’s through movement, storytelling, or art. You’ll learn to notice what your emotions are trying to tell you, practice grounding skills, and build confidence in expressing what you need without fear or guilt. Over time, clients I work with often find more balance, improved relationships, and a renewed sense of peace in their daily lives. Our sessions are a space for honesty, exploration, and growth. I blend expressive arts with evidence-based approaches to make therapy both engaging and transformative. Whether it’s journaling, mindfulness, or creative exercises, everything we do is designed to help you find your rhythm and write a story that feels true to you.
