Introduction

I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner providing outpatient telehealth care for adolescents and adults across New York. My practice offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and thoughtful, individualized medication management tailored to each person’s clinical presentation, goals, and stage of life. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD and other trauma-related conditions, and a range of related psychiatric concerns. Whether symptoms are longstanding or more recent, I strive to provide clear diagnostic insight and practical, evidence-informed treatment options. In my work, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) principles to support skill-building, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I believe effective treatment balances clinical expertise with a collaborative, client-centered approach. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, respected, and understood. I approach care with cultural humility and affirm diverse racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, and religious identities, and I am especially committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
