Introduction

I'm Elizabeth Hill, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma. I provide virtual counseling for adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I believe that many people already possess the strengths needed to move forward but may benefit from a supportive space to gain clarity, process experiences, and explore new perspectives. My approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while honoring each client's unique story, values, and goals. As a counselor, I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you are facing a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed by important decisions, or seeking greater self-awareness, counseling can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change. In addition to my counseling work, I am pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree with a concentration in Executive Coaching at Oral Roberts University. This training has deepened my understanding of leadership, personal development, and the factors that influence how people navigate change, make decisions, and pursue meaningful goals. I offer virtual counseling and strive to provide a supportive space where you can explore life's challenges, gain insight, and move toward what matters most. Specialties: Anxiety and stress Life transitions Self-esteem and personal growth Relationship concerns Emotional awareness Leadership and professional challenges Decision-making and clarity Taking the first step can feel difficult. If you're ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a virtual session.
