Elizabeth has experience treating a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and other mood-related issues. She draws from evidence-based treatment modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt Therapy—to offer an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s needs. Elizabeth works with children ages 6 and up, as well as teens and adults. She offers virtual therapy for clients ages 18 and older, making care accessible and convenient. Currently accepting new clients, Elizabeth provides flexible scheduling with early morning and evening availability to accommodate a variety of needs. Her goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where clients can build emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and experience meaningful personal growth. When she’s not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time in the garden, knitting, and creating vibrant tie-dye projects—activities that reflect her appreciation for creativity, patience, and being grounded in the present moment.
