Introduction

Hi! My name is Lizy. I am a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas and Georgia, providing primarily telehealth services. I specialize in working with young adults, particularly college students as well as any adults with histories of trauma and religious trauma. I have training in working with trauma, religious trauma & spiritual abuse, depression, anxiety, and ADHD, as well relationships, academic distress, and other significant life changes. I work from relational cultural theory, which emphasizes connections and supportive relationships. Many of my clients are seeking counseling for the first time, so if that is you, I am here to help you figure out what you need and how I can support you.
