Introduction

Hi, and welcome to my telehealth practice! If you are someone who is motivated to make changes they feel are necessary to improve their quality of life you've come to the right place. My approach includes a strengths-based perspective, exploring the past to inform present with CBT-informed practice. I see each person as whole just as they are, and as a partner with me in the therapy process. You can expect to be treated with respect, compassion and empathy, and without judgement or criticism. I am direct and have a sense of humor. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006. I offer telehealth psychotherapy services to adults. My experience includes working with people with the following concerns-anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, chronic illness, and relationship problems, the LGBTQIA+ community. Though I am only able to list 2 locations here, my practice is via telehealth and I work with clients all over New Mexico and New Jersey. If you think we might be a match, but aren't sure, you are welcome to contact me for a consultation to see if we're a good fit!
