Sometimes life changes in ways we didn't expect. You may be navigating a major transition, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, carrying grief, struggling with a relationship, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. Even when you know you want something to change, it can be difficult to see a clear path forward. I believe you often have more strengths, possibilities, and options than you can see when you're in the middle of a difficult season. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and rediscover a sense of hope and direction. I’m a Washington State LMHCA with an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling. I’ve spent the past 14 years working with adults, families, and teens and another four years in higher education supporting students with disabilities. Throughout that work, I’ve found that I especially enjoy helping people recognize what is possible, move through barriers, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring our work to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore challenges, build on your strengths, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change, greater clarity, renewed hope, and confidence moving forward.
