Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) based in Colorado Springs. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, trauma, and personal growth. My approach is both relational and practical. I believe therapy should feel honest, grounded, and purposeful—not just a place to talk, but a place to experience real change. I integrate evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples, while also drawing from trauma-informed and systems-based perspectives. I work with: Couples who feel stuck in patterns of conflict or disconnection Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions Clients seeking deeper self-understanding and healthier relationships I bring both clinical training and life experience into the room. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, challenged, and supported as you move toward the kind of life and relationships you actually want. I offer both in-person sessions in Colorado Springs and telehealth sessions for added flexibility. Before becoming a therapist, I spent eight years as an elementary school teacher and have spent over two decades raising my three daughters through the joys and challenges that family life can bring. Like many of my clients, I have experienced seasons of loss, change and difficult relationships. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing, growth, and renewal are possible, even during life's most challenging circumstances.
