Finding the right words for what you are feeling is not always easy. At Leek Therapy, I work with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, autism-related needs, self-esteem concerns, and difficulty expressing or communicating emotions. My graduate training included a specialization in art therapy, and I integrate creative approaches to help clients explore experiences that may feel difficult to explain through conversation alone. Depending on your age, interests, and goals, sessions may include art-making, imaginative play, mindfulness, storytelling, or more traditional talk therapy. No artistic skill is required, and creative activities are always optional. My approach is warm, person-centered, and individualized. With younger clients, therapy may support emotional expression, social-emotional learning, behavior management, and early coping skills. With adults and older adults, our work may focus on connection, identity, emotional well-being, major transitions, and finding new ways to understand and communicate complex experiences. I provide secure telehealth through Leek Therapy to clients across Massachusetts.
