Introduction

Many of us weren’t taught to prioritize our mental health, and it’s easy to feel lost when difficult emotions arise. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating — it can be a space for growth, relief, and even a little humor. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply collaborative. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals, check in regularly to stay aligned, and create a path forward that feels right for you. I specialize in supporting women through the full arc of their reproductive and emotional lives — from conception, pregnancy, and postpartum to perimenopause and menopause. These life stages bring unique challenges and transformations, and I’m here to help you navigate them with insight, compassion, and evidence-based care. I’m a lifelong learner who integrates the latest research in neurobiology to help you understand how your brain and nervous system impact your mood, behavior, and overall well-being. This mind-body connection is at the heart of my work. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and a master's degree from Northwestern University. My practice draws from several evidence-based approaches, and I have specialized training in Trauma, Maternal Mental Health, Peri-Menopause and Menopause, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
