Introduction

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost? I specialize in helping adults navigate life’s challenges with a fresh perspective. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, seasonal affective disorder, health concerns, work, relationship or intimacy issues, grief, sexual identity or OCD, we’ll work together to identify what’s keeping you stuck and discover new ways forward. I am empathic and believe you will feel truly heard and listened to in our sessions. We’ll work together to find real solutions and tools beyond just talking, ensuring you have the support and actionable strategies to move forward. Without moving through the uncomfortable feelings, we cannot bring about changes. I can help you see and understand a different perspective to dive into your problems head-on instead of pushing it down further. Solutions-focused therapy, CBT, tools to help manage anxiety, Gottman couples interventions, and Positive Psychology are some of my specialities. I use several modalities to help you to discover what is holding you back to living your best life. I am currently accepting new clients (M-F)
