Introduction

Many of us spend a great deal of time hiding parts of ourselves, carrying burdens quietly, or convincing ourselves that we should be able to handle everything on our own. Whether it is fear, uncertainty, past experiences, or simply not wanting to burden others, opening up can be one of the hardest things we do. Yet meaningful growth often begins when we allow ourselves to be seen and heard. I believe there is tremendous value in having someone come alongside us in a supportive, nonjudgmental role. Therapy offers an opportunity to have honest conversations, explore challenges with curiosity, and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. It can help us find our voice, establish healthy boundaries, and develop a more balanced approach to caring for our mental, emotional, and relational well being. My goal is to create an environment where authenticity is welcomed and growth can happen naturally. I enjoy helping clients explore the experiences that have shaped them, identify patterns that may no longer be serving them, and discover new ways of approaching life's challenges. I believe each person brings unique strengths into the counseling process, and I consider it a privilege to help clients recognize and build upon those strengths. I grew up in a small rural community, which taught me to appreciate life's simple moments and the importance of genuine connection. Those experiences also help me relate to individuals who find it difficult to open up or ask for support. Outside of counseling, I enjoy exploring creative outlets such as baking, singing, and art. I am married, have two children who keeps life active and entertaining. Life is not meant to be navigated alone. No matter what challenges you may be facing, there is value in having someone to listen, support, and help you explore a path forward. I look forward to learning more about your story and helping you discover what growth, healing, and authenticity look like for you.
