Introduction

Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I’m a working mom and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering in-person therapy in Rancho Cucamonga and telehealth services throughout the greater Southern California area. I work alongside moms, children, and families navigating big emotions, challenging behaviors, and seasons of change. Whether you’re a mom feeling overwhelmed by the demands of family life, a parent trying to understand your child’s behavior, or a child struggling to make sense of feelings that seem too big, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Sometimes, you know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure where to start. I offer a warm, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find a way forward together. If you’re ready for something to feel different but need someone to walk alongside you in the here and now, let’s talk.
