Introduction

I believe counseling is a journey where you're in the driver's seat—my role is to sit alongside you as you explore different routes and navigate toward the changes that matter most to you. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with teenagers ages 12 and older, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I don't expect you to have all the answers before we start; therapy is a space to explore what you're experiencing and discover where you want to go from here. My approach is person-centered and grounded in talk therapy, with a strong emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and valued. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and identify practical changes that move you forward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals, couples, and families, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
