Over the years, I’ve drawn inspiration from nature—the calming rhythm of waves, the gentle movement of wind through the trees, and the ways the natural world rebuilds after devastation. These moments remind me that healing isn’t rushed; it unfolds with time, patience, and connection. We aren’t meant to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment, and feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Have you found yourself questioning your relationships, career, or parts of your life that no longer feel aligned? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed—caught in cycles of anxiety, self-criticism, burnout, or emotional exhaustion—and unsure where to start. If so, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned. I’m a compassionate therapist who believes deeply in the power of an authentic therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are—without fear of judgment—and feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, addiction, depression, and relationship challenges with family members, partners, or colleagues, as well as individuals exploring their identity after leaving or questioning religious communities. As an openly queer therapist, I’m also passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community in feeling affirmed and understood. I approach therapy through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences may continue to shape your present. I provide care that is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs and lived experiences. By integrating person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), together we can explore patterns that no longer serve you, build awareness of your thoughts and emotions, and develop tools that feel realistic and grounding. At the heart of my work is the belief that you already hold the capacity for growth and healing. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, build self-compassion, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
