Introduction

I specialize in supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, adjustment to life transitions, depression, LGBTQ+ folks, gender/sexual identity questioning, religious trauma, grief, and career counseling. My approach is person-centered, and I utilize therapeutic approaches customized to each individual's concerns. I have 13+ years of experience providing clinical care and therapy. I offer a warm, respectful space for individuals to explore and identify areas of healing and change they are seeking for their lives. I am curious and empathetic and recognize that for therapy to be effective, there needs to be a trusting and judgment-free therapeutic relationship. I provide both in-person and virtual appointments currently on Tuesdays. In-person appointments available in Long Beach, CA. Virtual appointments are available to anyone in California or Massachusetts.
