Everyone has a story and sometimes parts of that story can feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. I became a therapist because I believe every person’s story deserves to be heard, understood, and worked through with others. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, past trauma, or major life transitions. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with both adolescents and adults to create a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. EMDR can be especially helpful if you feel stuck in patterns that talk therapy alone hasn’t fully resolved. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, whether you're working through trauma, managing stress, or simply trying to better understand yourself. I focus on building trust and helping you navigate challenges like anxiety, identity, peer relationships, family dynamics, and emotional regulation. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and those around you. Reaching out is often the hardest step and it’s the most courageous first step toward change. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
