Introduction

I work with children, teens, and parents who are feeling stuck, discouraged, or worn down by difficult days and hard seasons. Many of the kids and families I support are navigating ADHD, anxiety or depression, school or family conflict, trauma, grief and loss, divorce and co-parenting stress, or the day-to-day impact of chronic illness. I use play therapy and a carefully built therapeutic relationship to help children feel safe, understood, and more confident, while supporting parents in feeling steadier, less alone, and more capable in how they support their child.
