Introduction

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Sanchez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) for the State of North Carolina. I offer Virtual/Online Therapy for teens (ages 12–18) and individual adults (18-seniors). I specialize in grief, trauma, and PTSD counseling. I am here to walk beside you as you transition to the “new normal” that awaits you on the other side. I also am well versed in supporting those who have needs with managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. I am trained and certified in trauma informed care and mindfulness practices which will help me explore challenges, strengths, and vulnerabilities all with a compassionate lens. My passion is to serve others and help them build the confidence to establish healthy loving relationships with themselves and others. I provide a safe, inclusive, collaborative, and compassionate virtual setting. I hope my introduction resonates with you, and I look forward to serving you.
