Introduction

I work with adults seeking a focused, effective approach to therapy—particularly those experiencing anxiety, persistent emotional reactivity, or the ongoing impact of past experiences. Many are highly capable in their daily lives, while feeling internally stuck or unsettled. I work comfortably with concerns that may feel stigmatized, shame-laden, or difficult to speak about openly. I offer a space where these experiences can be explored with clarity and without judgment. I take an active, collaborative, and flexible approach. We’ll work together to understand what’s driving your current experience, clarify what you want to be different, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a well-established method that helps the brain process experiences that continue to carry emotional weight, often leading to measurable shifts in how you feel, think, and relate to your experiences. I offer virtual therapy for clients located in Maryland and California and in-person therapy for clients in Maryland at my office, located at 1125 West Street, Suite 220, Annapolis, MD 21401. If you're interested in working with me, I would love to hear from you.
