Introduction

I work with adult women in Colorado who are ready for meaningful change but feel stuck. If you are struggling to manage the pressure "of doing it all" while navigating anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues, we can address and change your approach to these challenges. Together, we explore your patterns and experiences in a space where you can deeply know yourself. We collaborate to understand how your thoughts, emotions, physical reactions, and beliefs shape your life today, then build practical coping skills and nervous system regulation techniques to support lasting healing. Whether you're navigating challenges in college, parenting/running a household, or facing intense work stressors regularly, my role is to offer curiosity, compassion, and gentle challenge as you work toward greater peace. You are the expert in your life; I'm here to share tools to guide you forward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
