Many of the clients drawn to my practice are high-functioning adults who have built meaningful lives, successful careers, and strong external identities, yet know something important still feels unresolved. They are often insightful, capable, and deeply responsible, but beneath that competence may be chronic anxiety, relational pain, emotional numbness, perfectionism, burnout, or the quiet persistence of trauma. Often, they have spent years being the steady one for everyone else while privately longing for a life that feels less effortful, more connected, and more fully their own. I offer trauma-focused therapy for adults who want depth, clarity, and lasting change. My work is warm, engaged, and intentional, and integrates EMDR, IFS, and psychedelic preparation and integration support within current legal and ethical boundaries. I offer both ongoing therapy and therapy intensives for a more concentrated therapeutic experience. Beginning therapy can be a meaningful step, especially for people who are used to managing on their own. You do not have to wait until things fall apart to seek something better. If you are looking for a therapist who can meet you with depth, steadiness, and compassion, I would be honored to support that work.
