Introduction

Have you been feeling anxious, stuck, or alone? Are you feeling burnt out in your career or relationship? Having trouble shutting your mind off at night? Are you a professional who just wants to be treated like a regular person? Have you been wondering what’s wrong with you when so many others seem happy? What if it’s not you? If you want a safe space and someone to accompany you on the journey to discover your goals, my practice may be what you're looking for. I specialize in helping teens (14+), adults, couples, and families navigate the questions and stress that has been weighing them down. With a decade of experience, I provide a safe, judgment-free space for teens, adults, couples, and families. As an integrative counselor, I tailor our sessions to help you build coping skills and navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. I show up authentically so you can too. I understand it can be difficult to reach out, especially if you’ve never been to therapy before or possibly had a bad experience. Take a chance with me. I offer a safe, non-judgmental place where you can feel heard, understood, valued, and empowered. Through the work we do together, you can develop effective coping skills, change unhealthy patterns, and begin to enjoy life again.
