I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in psychology and neuroscience from Denison University. I also bring over a decade of corporate logistics leadership experience to my clinical work. Using a person-centered approach, I support adolescents and adults in navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I foster a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
