My approach is rooted in both evidence-based therapy and integrative wellness, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the healing and strengthening process. I fuse cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, and person centered techniques to address prevalent concerns and provide relief. I also offer play based therapy for younger clients.
