Introduction

Growing up isn't easy, and neither is parenting. Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, trauma, or changes in their world, they deserve a space where they can feel safe, understood, and empowered. I help young people express themselves, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to thrive. Hi there! I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with a Certificate in Play Therapy. I'm passionate about creating nurturing, developmentally appropriate spaces where children, teens, and young adults can explore their experiences and emotions at their own pace. My work blends evidence-based practices with creative, supportive interventions. I integrate: - Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help young people process difficult experiences and build resilience. - Solution Focused Therapy to highlight strengths and develop practical, hopeful steps forward. - Play Therapy to support emotional expression through the natural language of children. - Sand Tray Therapy to help clients safely explore feelings, stories, and identifies in a nonverbal, symbolic way. I believe healing happens in an environment of safety and connection. My role is to meet each client exactly where they are, honor their story, and help them discover their inner strengths. I partner closely with caregivers while centering the voice and experience of the child or teen. If you are ready to take the next step in supporting or child or teen, I'm here to help. Reach out today to schedule a consultation. I am currently accepting new clients and have weekday evening availability.
