I provide individual therapy to adolescents and young adults facing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, identity development, ADHD and other learning differences, physical/athletic injury, racism, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. I use a relational and eclectic approach to my work, drawing on elements of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among other modalities. Above all, I aim to co-create a therapeutic, engaging space with my clients, often meaning we bring art, athletics, or even my dog into session! Outside of my therapy practice, I am a seasoned middle and high school counselor and health teacher. I have extensive experience working with student athletes and artists, as well as students with ADHD, anxiety, and OCD. I have worked at an all-boys school as well as served as a dorm parent in an all-gender dorm.
