Whatever it was that got you here — I'm really glad you made it. Therapy, to me, is one of the few places where you get to just be — without having to perform, explain yourself, or have it all figured out. I try to make that feel as natural as possible, because I know walking through that door (or opening that video link) isn't always easy. What I keep coming back to in my work is this: you already have what it takes to get through whatever you're going through. And my job isn't to fix you — it's to help you find what's already there, and build from it. We'll look at what you can accept, what you can let go of, what's actually within your power to change, and what kind of life feels most true to who you are and what you value. I'm rooted in therapeutic practices that help you understand your values, practice acceptance, and reframe your thoughts and behaviors, and I have a soft spot for creative approaches like art and play therapy — especially for clients who think better with their hands than with words. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, and those seasons of life that are hard to name but impossible to ignore. I bring a lot of warmth to this work, a little humor when it fits, and a deep respect for everything that makes you you — your culture, your family, your history, all of it. You don't have to carry this alone. I'd love to be part of your journey.
