Introduction

Back in 2008, I started my journey to become a sex therapist. I grew up in Florida, with shame-based and inaccurate sex education and I noticed that myself and many of my peers had no framework for how to make well-informed and authentic decisions regarding our sex lives. I wanted to empower people to show up fully as themselves, and have the tools to consciously engage with their erotic experiences. For the past decade+ it has been my joy and privilege to walk with many individuals and couples+ as they navigate their relationships with sex, as well as advocating for positive systemic change. I’d love to help you navigate culturally-ingrained sexual shame, and move toward your authentic sexual self. I am currently offering EMDR marathon sessions and intensives to help folx let go of unhelpful experiences and teachings and create new ways forward in embodying their best sensual life. I particularly love working with folx who have experienced trauma, pelvic pain, or are navigating chronic health conditions that impact their relationships and sex lives. Marathon sessions are 3 hours long and are helpful for moving through EMDR material at a quicker pace. They can also be helpful for clients who are wanting more intensive therapy. Intensives are multi-hour sessions (4-6 hours), spanning 2-3 days. Intensives are helpful for individuals interested in processing a lot of material with EMDR quickly.
