Introduction

Therapy isn't about someone sitting across from you telling you how to live your life or pretending to have all the answers. It's about creating a space where together we'll make sense of your experiences, understand what's been keeping you stuck, and help you move toward the life you want. I believe there's a reason we develop the thoughts, behaviors, and coping strategies we do. Many of the ways we've learned to cope made sense at one point in our lives. The problem is that what helped us survive then may not be helping us today. My goal isn't just to help you feel better; it's to help you understand yourself differently. Together, we'll explore how your experiences have shaped you and begin creating meaningful, lasting change I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'll meet you with compassion while also challenging you to see yourself and your experiences from a new perspective. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and what works best for you. I chose the name "Inside and Out Therapy" because I believe lasting change starts from within. When we better understand ourselves, the changes we make on the inside naturally begin to show in every area of our lives.
