I chose Blue Waters Counseling because water represents both depth and movement. The ocean can be peaceful on the surface while holding incredible depth underneath. Therapy provides a place to slow down, explore what lies beneath the surface, and find a path forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and individualized. Together, we will explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools to help you move forward. You don't have to navigate the deep waters alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.
