Introduction

Hello! I’m Ellen, an associate therapist based in Los Angeles. My work began with a genuine curiosity about how people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Early in my career, I saw firsthand how compassionate guidance and evidence-based approaches could help individuals move from feeling stuck to living with greater clarity and balance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working directly with diverse patients and their families in community hospitals and oncology treatment centers. Complementing this, my professional experience also encompasses work with geriatric and substance use populations. I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, including intergenerational trauma, as well as those adjusting to major life transitions. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll cultivate deeper insight, healing, and lasting growth that supports a more grounded and fulfilling life.
